On the Show - November 27: Turkey and Gruyere Quiche

1 unbaked 9" pie crust
1/2 cup milk or half-n-half
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 T. cornstarch
2 t. salt
1 1/2 cups chopped roast turkey
1/3 cup sliced green onion

Whisk together milk, eggs, mayonnaise, cornstarch and salt until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and combine. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Excellent served with cranberry sauce.

I don't know what this is but I hope it is good as we are entering a cooking competion at school and this is going to be our entry recipe for it. ???????? P.s if we win we will get £15 each £30 in total.
