Louis' Blueberry Hill Cobbler


6 cups fresh blueberries
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. all-purpose flour
1 T. lemon juice
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup regular oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
5 T. chilled butter, cut into small pieces
vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Toss together first 4 ingredients and place in a 10x14-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Using a pastry cutter or 2 knives, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Spread evenly over the blueberries. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
