About Me
Ginny McCormack
Here it is in 50 words or less:
I'm a mother of three daughters (17,15,13) & a son (11), a wife, an American government and economics teacher, a T.V. cook (currently working on a cookbook), and undefeatable at Nintendo "Super Mario". This latter achievement is the opinion of my son, who I recently overheard complimenting my relatively useless video-game-prowess to a friend, "Yeah, my mom's totally awesome at Nintendo." (High praise indeed).
Use a simple water & vinegar solution for cleaning produce.
Fresh Lilies and Dinner for Two
Spinach, Red Onion & Walnut Salad with Orange Vinaigrette
Fresh Apple Cake with Hot Buttered Rum Sauce
Mushroom & Sausage Quiche, Red Raspberry Salad and Sweet English Peas with Caramelized Shallots
Black and White Magic Cookie Bars
Preparing the Hydrangeas
Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes with Chive Butter
Sweet English Peas are so easy to shell.
My neice, Rachel, and Louie. The vet says Louie has low self esteem. We're supposed to "affirm" him and tell him what a good-looking dog he is. The vet actually said this with a straight face.
